How can I assist you? Well I would start by seeing what you think may be the problem. Offer advice and even set up or update the systems you may have in place. Having a look at the Drivers Hours records shows a lot about a company and advise on the many and various systems to analyse the analog and digital systems for finding infringements / offences.
Most companies must have an Operators Licence and once one has been granted that’s only the beginning. To obtain the operators licence the applicant makes certain obligations to the Traffic Commissioner, to keep and maintain records of various things Transport Managers are normally CPC holders and are aware of the many systems required however it has been my experience that they are overworked and let systems lapse or fail to maintain them.
This is where DMTC can help. By checking existing systems and implementing new ones your systems will be brought up to date and stand up to a TE visit by the DVSA. This will keep you out of the RED and in the GREEN.
DMTC are not Transport Managers or solicitors but there may be occasions I may be able to assist in the preparation or even attend court or a Public Inquiry with you.
I will not act as a CPC holder on your behalf.
Any advice given will be subject to a fixed hourly charge plus any expenses.
